The Guide Lock® System offers new options for anchorage-based orthodontic treatments. It has expanded the limits of orthodontic anchorage appliances by making it possible to apply in a single session.
Our Mini-Pins now allow orthodontists to use an innovative therapeutic approach, ensuring safe and reliable treatments even in complex cases
of tooth malposition.
Guide Lock® screws are made of Grade 5 titanium (Ti6AL4V) and have self-drilling threads. The most important feature of the material is its high biocompatibility and high tensile strength.
The Guide Lock® screws has developed specifically for the single appointment palatal anchorage for orthodontic appliances. Guide Lock’ s come with a self-cutting thread and need only one screw driver. The head of Guide Lock® can simply be attached with a hyrax screw or any parts of orthodontic appliances. It offers multiple connection possibilities with its improved head design.

The simple guided concept allows for sliding mesializing and distalizing of teeth. Also compatible with all palatal anchor devices.
Warning: Screws must be unscrewed before removing the appliance from the mouth.

The threaded screw head that can be locked to the appliance provides a rigid connection with the appliance. The classical locking screw system was modified with guiding planes, eliminating the necessity of using an appliance guide.
